I have found a bug. How can I tell you?

We have worked hard to make Appointy bug free but if you encounter a bug or want to send us a feedback then please send us an email at contact@appointy.com.

I want to cancel my registration. How will I get my data back?

We are confident that after trying Appointy with our premium services and seeing the results that won’t want to cancel your account. However should you decide to cancel simply email us at cancel@appointy.com. We will delete your data entirely from our servers and will email you confirmation that has occurred. Prior to sending a cancellation request please login to your account and export your customer information along with other appointment information.

I want to accept pre payments but I don’t see my payment gateway?

You can request that we add your payment gateway by sending an email to contact@appointy.com. We will see if your payment gateway can be integrated or not and will let you know. Fortunately, 90% of existing payment gateways can be plugged into Appointy.
